Rotarian Dr. Jacque Smith Garcia Receives the Child Advocacy Award

In recognition of her past services as director of Fresno Comprehensive Youth Services, our own Dr. Jacque Smith Garcia was given a Child Advocacy Award. Jacque was honored at a luncheon attended by many of her family members, including her Rotary family, friends, and colleagues. Congratulations, Jacque!
